Zemi Caribbean Workshop admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, and other programs.

Final payment is due 45 days before the start of the workshop.You can always call us to discuss workshops, or email us at (viki@zemicaribbeanworkshops.com) for information on enrollment, travel, payment, accommodations or advice on which workshop to select.

Acknowledgment
We will acknowledge your acceptance and reserve your place in the workshop(‘s) of your choice upon receipt of your application and the required deposits by email or mail. We will also send you a copy of the balance due, and any other information you may require for your specific workshop. We will let you know if you are one of the first five to book accommodations so that you can receive 10% off your workshops.

Final Payment
We accept personal and company checks, provided final payment reaches us at least 45 days (check date) prior to the start of your workshop.

Course Cancellation
The Zemi Caribbean Workshop saves the right to cancel any workshop. In the event we do have to cancel a workshop we will notify all registered students immediately. Students will be offered full refunds of all fees and deposits for any course cancelled and will be given the option of credit towards any other course. Zemi Caribbean Workshops is not responsible for hotel or Villa cancellations or reimbursement of non-refundable airline tickets in the event of a workshop cancellation. Nor is Zemi Caribbean Workshop responsible for cancellations due to medical emergencies. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Students are recommended to check with the office for workshop confirmation before making travel arrangements.

Wait List
If you apply for a workshop that is full, we will place your name on a waiting list. In this business, withdrawals are possible, leaving space for those on the waiting list.

What's Included
Snacks and some drinks are included. All of the workshop prices include tuition cost only, as hotels and meals are not included. We will recommend excellent Villas along with car rentals that are close by for you. We can also arrange shared housing accommodations. Taxi’s are available. We can also arrange car pooling to the workshops only.

Visas
Visas are not required for participants attending courses from the USA. Participants from other countries can check with www.VisaHQ.com to see what requirements are listed for their respective countries.

Withdrawal and Refunds
Enrollment is limited in our workshops, so once you have been accepted your participation is important to us - we are counting on you to attend. If you need to withdraw before the start date of a workshop, we offer the following refund policy. Withdrawal 8 weeks before the start of class, we will refund your deposit and any tuition paid. If you withdraw 4-weeks before the start of class, we will refund any tuition paid, except the $100 deposit for each workshop. There is no refund after the workshop has begun, but the tuition paid can be applied to a future workshop.
